Nichole Aldridge

Bio:

Coach Nichole Aldridge, a highly accomplished former collegiate pitcher with a passion for developing young athletes. She began her softball career at Tatum High School, where she was the varsity starting pitcher all four years. Her standout performances earned her multiple accolades, including:

• All-District Pitcher of the Year (2013, 2014)

• First Team All-District Pitcher (2012, 2015)

• Academic All-District (2012-2015)

• Heart and Hustle (2013)

• Newcomer of the Year (2012)

After high school, she continued her career at Centenary College of Louisiana, where she etched her name in the record books. She holds school records in:

• ERA per season & career ERA

• Wins per season & career wins

• Saves per season & career saves

• Career strikeouts

Throughout her collegiate career, she earned multiple honors, including:

• SCAC Pitcher of the Week (First week of collegiate competition)

• SCAC All-Tournament Team (Freshman season)

• Honorable Mention All-Conference (Freshman & Junior Season) 

• Second Team All-Conference (Sophomore season – ranked 5th in SCAC in both wins and ERA)

• Dean’s List Honoree (Senior year)

Graduating with a B.S. in Accounting, she transitioned into coaching in 2019, offering private and group lessons before launching her own business, Swede Softball Academy. In 2024, she played a key role in founding the Sharks Fastpitch Organization, where she continues to mentor and develop the next generation of softball players.

Her experience, knowledge, and dedication to the sport make her an invaluable asset to the Sharks Fastpitch program.
