Coach Nichole Aldridge, a highly accomplished former collegiate pitcher with a passion for developing young athletes. She began her softball career at Tatum High School, where she was the varsity starting pitcher all four years. Her standout performances earned her multiple accolades, including:

In 2024, she played a key role in founding the Sharks Fastpitch Organization, where she continues to mentor and develop the next generation of softball players.
