We are a new organization built on the belief that growth never stops, on or off the field. As the game of softball continues to evolve, especially at the collegiate level, so must we. Like sharks, we thrive by moving forward. Standing still is not an option. Our mission is to grow alongside our athletes, constantly adapting, learning, and pushing the standard to help them reach their full potential.

Our Story
The Sharks Fastpitch Organization was created by two former college softball players who were looking for something new and different. With the new era of NIL and the Transfer Portal, getting athletes recruited out of high school continues to become more and more challenging. After all, why would a college coach take a risk on a kid fresh out of high school when they could jump in the portal and acquire an already seasoned collegiate athlete?
That question is exactly why we chose to start our own organization. Why should a college coach take a risk on a kid out of high school? The answer because they're a SHARK.
Athletes that are a part of the Shark Fastpitch Organization are taught by former college athletes how to become successful college athletes in the future. We focus on the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of the game so that coaches know when they get a shark they are getting nothing but the best.

Leah White Commits to Oklahoma Wesleyan University
he Sharks Fastpitch family is thrilled to announce that #13 Leah White has officially committed to continue her academic and athletic journey at Oklahoma Wesleyan University!
Leah has exemplified excellence both on the field and in the classroom. With an impressive 3.85 GPA, she plans to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) as she continues her softball career at the next level.
Throughout high school, Leah has earned numerous accolades that showcase her dedication, leadership, and character:
